Tony came by my office to evaluate a circuit setup for an outside vendor. He was attentive to detail, curious and asked a lot of questions to fully understand the scope of the project. After a careful examination of the setup from our server room to our MPOE he was able to diagnose an incorrect setup from an earlier technician’s visit, coordinate with a remote circuit tech and reconfigure the router in question to get it fully operational and ready for further configuration. If you are fortunate enough to get Tony for your telecoms work you’re in good hands!
